A woman, identified as Habibat Azeez, said many residents had deserted the town.
The magistrate adjourned the matter until June 7 for hearing.
The Ooni expressed sadness over the loss of lives recorded during the incident.
“What we know right now is that seven teachers were involved, were abducted. Unfortunately, we got a video this morning that one of the teachers,” said Mr Makinde.
He assured residents that the police had intensified coordinated search-and-rescue operations.
“Efforts are ongoing to apprehend the fleeing members of the gang and bring them to justice,” he said.
Mr Ibrahim alleged that the defendant obtained the sum of N10.6 million from a complainant, Dr Taofeek Abdullah.
The court restrained the respondent from threatening, harassing or interfering in the private life of the petitioner.
