A fortunate inconvenience is a moment when an action designed for advantage produces the opposite effect.
INEC, on Saturday, released the timetable for the 2027 presidential and National Assembly elections.
Mrs Akpoti-Uduaghan said INEC has no excuses regarding electronic transmission, given its humongous 2026 budget.
Mr Amaechi joined protesters to force the Senate to rescind its decision not to make real-time electronic transmission of election results mandatory in the Electoral Act.
The protest was held at the main entrance of the National Assembly in Abuja.
The Obidient Movement advised Nigerians to resist the decision of the Senate.
“This lack of transparency is not accidental; it reflects a deliberate pattern of undermining public scrutiny and debate,” said Mr Obi.
Mr Obi said, “Please do remember we politicians in your prayers. We are the problem of Nigeria. No other person.”
Mr Obi, in a statement on Saturday, said that Mr Tinubu had abandoned crucial national matters while other leaders prioritise their domestic issues.
