Mr Obi made the promise at a rally organised by the Middle Belt Forum on Thursday in Jos.
On Wednesday, the survey from San Francisco-based Premise Data Corp placed Mr Obi in the lead.
Shouts of “Obi! Obi!!” rented the air as the presidential candidate and his entourage arrived at the Rwang Pam township stadium for the rally.
Mr Obi’s supporters had fixed Friday, October 1, 2022, for the rally to draw support for their preferred candidate.
