The convict confessed to having absconded with the vehicle and converted it to personal use.
Mr Kubeinje adjourned the case until February 6.
On Wednesday, the Ekiti police command arraigned 32-year-old Fatoyebi Kola before an Ado-Ekiti Chief Magistrates’ Court for stealing generators.
The police prosecutor, Insp Akinwale Oriyomi, told the court that Mr Ogunlola defiled a 14-year-old girl at Iworoko-Ekiti on December 18.
Mr Nuhu said the accused trespassed into his compound and stole his motorcycle.
“Thereafter, I hit her repeatedly on the head until she fell and died.”
The prosecutor further told the court that during investigation, the accused confessed to have committed the offence.,
Mr Oyewole, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against him by the prosecutor.
The 26-year-old defendant is facing a two-count charge of criminal conspiracy and theft, accusations she denied.
Commissioner of police in the state, Onuoha Bertrand, issued the warning in Lokoja.
