Justice Haruna Tsammani, chairman of the five-member panel of the court, adjourned hearing in the petition until Tuesday.
He added that he and his group are currently disputing the results of the election that made Mr Tinubu president.
He said that PDP and its candidates were already enjoying massive acceptance and support by majority of the people in those states.
This was stated in the EU’s final report titled “Election Observation Mission Nigeria 2023.”
Mr Obi and LP are complainants in the petition marked CA/PEPC/03/2023, challenging the election which brought Mr Tinubu to power on May 29.
The court accepted and adjourned until June 22.
The documents in question include the state collation sheets of the 36 states and Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
“We must put Nigeria first. Nigeria is most important than anybody,” Mr Ogah said.
Mr Tinubu was on March 1 declared winner of the February 25th presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The witnesses all agreed that other aspects of the election went well until it was time to upload the presidential results, and then the BVAS machines refused to work.
