All the witnesses who worked as INEC adhoc staff during the presidential election said they were unable to transmit election results from their BVAS machines as stipulated.
APM says it will open and close its case in one day with just one witness to call at the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).

The judgement allegedly indicted Mr Tinubu and ordered his forfeiture of $460,000 in a drug-related offence.
Mr Tinubu was on March 1 declared winner of the February 25th presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and would be sworn in on May 29.
