Mr Umahi, however, directed the contractor to ensure the project was completed by the end of January.
A statement by the NDLEA spokesperson, Femi Babafemi, said the substances were on 1.577683 hectares of farmland.

“We will change all of the expansion joints on Long Bridge,” she said.
The contractors would return to site on January 9, and complete work between Kara and Long Bridge within 20 days.
The diversion on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway would begin on Wednesday July 28 and end on Friday 30 July.
