The Greek parliament has approved the bill legalising same-sex marriage, becoming the first Christian-majority orthodox country to approve the bill.
The pope, however, said everyone would appreciate the idea of blessing same-sex marriage as contained in “Fiducia supplicans.”
The pope warned against a rigid church and hoped the gathering would avoid “human strategies, political calculations or ideological battles”.
The court ruled that outdated laws “serve only to incentivise law enforcement agents to become keyhole peepers and intruders into the private space of citizens.”
Mr Owoyemi explained that same-sex marriage would bring an end to mankind on earth.
“Let every Bishop and Archbishop tell our members that MCN does not support gay or same-sex marriage.”
