The prosecutor told the court that the trio committed the offences on November 18, at Mokola area of Ibadan, Oyo State.
She said that the recovery took place on October 5 at about 5:30 a.m. near Allen roundabouts in Ikeja.
The legal battle began in 2020 when the Department of Justice and a group of states filed a lawsuit against Google.
The unnamed 65-year-old former Samsung worker is accused of stealing clean-room and factory blueprints from the company in 2018 and 2019.
Mr Okuoimose said the suspects jumped through the fence and broke into the house of a resident, Ubaka Agbasiefo, to commit the offences.
However, the Samsung heir faces further proceedings relating to manipulating share prices. He rejected the allegations.
The decision to grant Mr Lee parole comes alongside the release of about 800 other convicts on Friday.
The minister noted that Nigeria and South Korea shared strong economic and investment ties with over 20 Korean companies presently operating in the country.
“The figure is projected to increase by nine percent in 2021 to 1.36 billion.”
