Mr Musa was testifying on Thursday as EFCC’s 12th witness in the ongoing alleged bribery charge filed by the commission against of Senator Shehu Sani.
Mr Sani was accused of collecting the money under the false pretence that it would be used to bribe the former EFCC chairman Ibrahim Magu.
The former senator said members of the diplomatic staff have been fleecing Nigeria in the guise of paying rents.

Pictures circulated online show how explosives ripped through the windshield of one of the trains conveying passengers from Kaduna to Abuja.
Shehu Sani said the bandits were targeting the trains in order to dispose of passengers of their cash and other valuable possessions.
Mr Sani’s move to PDP follows the ongoing wave of realignment by politicians in readiness for the 2023 general elections.
