He said the governorship election result showed that voters continue to reward performance and commitment to public welfare.
Mr Osifo called for unity, collective purpose and consolidation of strength ahead of the general elections.
Mr Osifo said, “I think God knows better, and God knows tomorrow.”
Mr Tinubu said the task before the party was to sustain continuity, consolidate reforms and strengthen the foundation of a modern Nigeria.
Mr Alia explained that the president won in all the 23 local government areas of the state.
He said he cherished the party and would never allow anyone to push him into acting against it.
He polled a total of 310,990 votes to defeat his sole rival, Stanley Osifo, who secured zero vote.
“We are encouraged that the president is closely looking at key areas that will upscale the nation and bring succour to the generality of Nigerians,” Mr Osifo said.
Mr Stanley Osifo said “The huge debt burden on Nigeria is an issue that needs to be addressed. It seems to be on the rise.”
Stanley Osifo promised “fair and equal treatment of Nigerians irrespective of class, creed, ethnicity or socio-political leaning.”
