Students of the University of Calabar have appealed to the institution’s management to extend the course registration deadline and payment of school fees.
Prior to this appointment, Ms Umeoji has been the bank’s Deputy Managing Director since October 28, 2016.
Mr Agi sought an order striking out the amended charge in the case.
The NSCDC spokesperson said that the 21-year-old suspect kidnapped the student while returning home from school.
The witness told the court that he (Ndifon) touched her chest near her breast area.
The judge said justice would be done to the parties.
The management of the institution had approved an adjustment in school fees after its emergency meeting on December 1.

Mr Ndifon was arrested on October 4 by the SSS after shunning several invitations.
