Tinubu will be president no matter how Nigerians vote in 2023 elections: APC Youth Leader

National Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Dayo Israel, said on Saturday that the 2023 general election has only one predetermined result – the emergence of his principal, Bola Tinubu.
Mr Israel’s tweet stated that Mr Tinubu would win the election whether he was voted in or not – a direct threat to Nigeria’s democracy and the electoral choice of the general public.
“Your emotional blackmail and insults will not work – Tinubu will be your president either you like it or not. Good morning from BATIFIED HQ,” Mr Israel wrote.
The youth leader’s statement may strengthen the argument of pundits who have said that Mr Tinubu’s absence at critical stakeholders events and his avoidance of the press meant that he relied on other means to win asides earning the confidence of Nigerians.
Other ranks of the ruling APC have also threatened to kill and cause violence during the elections in order to ensure Mr Tinubu’s win.
Borno APC chieftain, Mohammed Gajiram, in October threatened that his group will kill and bury many during the elections to ensure that the APC wins.
