The Christian Association of Nigeria has felicitated Muslims on the 2026 Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
Mr Abiru made the call in a goodwill message on Wednesday in Lagos to commemorate this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
The speaker also called for compassion and generosity toward the less privileged during the celebrations.
The speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Adebo Ogundoyin, has appealed to Muslims to observe Eid-el-Kabir by praying for the release of kidnapped Oriire students.
The speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, has extended warm felicitations to Muslims in Lagos and across Nigeria on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.
“Fulani assailants have not spared Muslims, raiding herders’ cattle and violently attacking non-Fulani Muslim communities,” said the USCIRF report.
“No matter how long the night may seem, dawn will surely come. Nigeria is steadily advancing on the path of peace, recovery and sustainable development,” Mr Shettima said.
Governor Peter Mbah has congratulated Muslims nationwide on Eid-el-Kabir, urging unity, tolerance, sacrifice and hope among Nigerians.
The president extended warm felicitations to Muslims in Nigeria and across the world on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.
