The Lagos State House of Assembly on Wednesday passed for second reading a bill seeking to prohibit street begging across the state.
Speaker Mudashiru Obasa said ongoing security measures had strengthened efforts against kidnapping, terrorism, banditry and other violent crimes.
Ms Oyekan-Ismaila said it would also create a unique leisure and business hub for residents and visitors.
Mr Makinde, the governor of Oyo State, had declared his intention to run for the presidency under the APM.
The authority said the vessels are expected between July 8 and July 20.
“This race is about youth and sports development. It has been designed to inspire young people to embrace sports, especially horse racing,” he said.
Mr Agoro said the programme targeted youths interested in careers within the entertainment industry.
Mr Egbeyemi said, “Education is the light of our future; without it, no kingdom can truly prosper.”
Mr Ajibade said the improved electricity supply enabled him to expand his business operations beyond maize processing into other profitable ventures.
Magistrate Lateef Owolabi admitted each defendant to bail in the sum of ₦300,000 with one surety in like sum.
