Two cars were burnt on Thursday night in Ibadan when a fully loaded petrol tanker exploded.
The sector commander explained that the crash which occurred at 10.40 p.m. involved a truck and a bus both without a registration number.
The fines varied according to the offence, with the minimum being N5,000 and the maximum being N25,000.
