Hoodlums wreaked havoc on Namu, Quan Pan local government area of Plateau on Thursday to vent their anger over the arrest of a suspected kidnap kingpin.
The prosecutor said the convict stole the iron rods from the Kuru livestock farm.
The case was reported on January 19, at the Rantya police station by Dalyop Kwon a staff of Jos Wildlife Park.
“We will not force aspirants to go into consensus, but any aspirant that wishes to step down for others, we shall provide room for such.”
Heads of vigilante groups and community leaders in Jos have called on residents of Plateau to light up their environment and streets.
The donation was made by the forum on Friday, to commiserate with Governor Simon Lalong on recent attacks in Plateau.
“Let us avoid foul language, encourage one another and instead talk about issues and not destroy one another,” said the governor.
“We will look at its inadequacies and also see how we can restructure and redeploy it to assist the federal security forces,” said Mr Sura.
Mr Longbit assured residents of the state that the deployment was to ensure a hitch-free Easter celebration and not to scare people.
