Davido fires Lil Frosh over domestic violence

Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) has terminated the recording contract of controversial artist Lil Frosh over allegations of domestic violence.
The record label in a press statement on Tuesday stated that it considers domestic violence a grievous act and will do everything possible to stand with victims of domestic violence.
Lil Frosh was accused of physically assaulting his girlfriend with chilling pictures of the atrocity dominating the social media space on Monday.
The lady’s brother, Micheal, revealed that the assault has been going on for almost a year.
“We have kept quiet enough @Ihilfrosh You have done enough damage for almost a year now you have been in a relationship with my sister and client and you have brought her nothing but horror, pain and disaster” he posted on Monday without stating any intention to seek legal redress.
DMW revealed that the decision to terminate Lil Frosh contract was taken after an internal investigation was carried out, a pointer that a guilty verdict may have been reached.
Section 19 of the Violence Against Persons Act (2015) stipulates a three-year jail term for individuals found guilty of a crime of battery.
