Ms Adebisi stated that consequent on the findings, the Lagos State police command determined that there were no sufficient grounds to proceed with the matter.

Ms Iringe-Koko said the police recovered the tricycle, a bundle of rope, and a wrap of fufu from the suspect.
The police announced, in a statement, that the command “has taken decisive action”.
The police chief urged road users to remain vigilant and report suspicious movements to the nearest police formation for swift action.
The suspects will be charged to court after a thorough investigation.
Ms Adeh said operatives arrived at the scene and admitted both victims to a hospital for medical attention, but no arrest has been made.
