Ilorin Emirate felicitates Sulu-Gambari on 28th anniversary of ascending throne

He prayed that Allah would grant the Emir long life and sound health for more development to be attained.

The llorin Emirates Descendants Progressive Union, Central zone, has felicitated with the Emir of llorin, Alhaji lbrahim Sulu-Gambari, on the 28 anniversary of his ascension to the throne.

The Chairman of lEDPU Central zone, Alhaji Ahmed Amode, in a statement in Ilorin, noted that the 28 years the Emir spent on the throne witnessed positive transformation in the Emirate and beyond.

Mr Amode praised the Emir, who is also the Chairman of State Council of Chiefs, over the peace and unity existing in the Emirate since he ascended the throne.

He prayed that Allah would grant the Emir long life and sound health for more development to be attained.

Mr Amode, however, expressed hope that more remarkable development would be attained in the Emirate and prayed for continuous peace, love and unity in Ilorin, the state and Nigeria.
