Klugekopf launches TechBridge program to empower women in Africa’s tech industry

Klugekopf is proud to announce the launch of the TechBridge Program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to equip women in Africa with the skills, mentorship, and opportunities needed to thrive in the tech industry. With an initial cohort of 20 women receiving free certificate courses in AI, digital marketing, and project management, the program aims to bridge the gender gap in technology by fostering inclusivity, workforce development, and career advancement.

Program Highlights

Comprehensive Training: Participants will undergo intensive training in AI, digital marketing, and project management, gaining industry-recognized certifications that enhance employability and career prospects.

Mentorship & Networking: Enrollees will be matched with experienced mentors from leading tech companies and startup ecosystems to provide guidance, career advice, and professional networking opportunities.

Internship & Job Placement: Klugekopf has established partnerships with top tech companies, including Google for Startups, IBM, and Women in AI London, to facilitate internship opportunities and potential job placements for program graduates.

Funding & Grant Opportunities: The program will offer participants access to a curated list of funding and grant opportunities to support career development and entrepreneurial endeavours.

Branded Event & Industry Exposure: A high-profile Women in AI event will be organised as part of the initiative, giving participants direct access to industry experts, thought leaders, and potential employers.
