One killed in Kara bridge auto crash

LASEMA says one person has been killed in a fatal road crash on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency(LASEMA) says one person has been killed in a fatal road crash on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

The incident happened on Thursday morning on Kara bridge.

The crash occurred when a trailer driver lost control due to brake failure and rammed into another vehicle on the bridge.

Yemi Sule, a spokesperson for LASEMA, confirmed that one person died in a road crash involving a truck and six other vehicles at Kara bridge outward the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. 

Emergency responders are at the scene of the incident to rescue more victims.
