Russian delegation arrives Riyadh for talks with U.S.

The Russian delegation has arrived in Riyadh for negotiations with the U.S. delegation, according to a report from RIA Novosti on Monday.
Russia is represented by Grigory Karasin, head of the foreign affairs committee in the Russian upper house, and Sergei Beseda, an adviser to the director of the Federal Security Service (FSB).
The talks are expected to focus on the potential resumption of initiatives concerning the safety of navigation in the Black Sea, a topic discussed during the recent phone conversation between the Russian and U.S. presidents.
