“Everybody knows that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a well-known tax collector,” said Adewole Adebayo.
The former presidential candidate described Mr El-Rufai as “a hardworking and sagacious person.”
He said that he plans to achieve that through massive drive and investment in agriculture.
Mr Adewole Adebayo claimed that in certain parts of the country, poor Nigerians were feeding their children from leftovers in dustbins.
Adewole Adebayo said that adequate representation of women in government would save the country from its many troubles.
“Of all the moneybags, I have chosen a youth, a leader of change, a dynamic person…Yusuf Buhari as my running mate.”
“The party may not have a governor today, but I have no doubt that SDP will be in Aso Rock and become governors in many states in 2023.”
Mr Adebayo noted that the running of universities should be the sole responsibility of universities’ councils.
Mr Adebayo said the issue of funding for universities was not a problem but having a committed leader who would not turn education into a looting centre.
Fifty-four-year-old Adebayo, a lawyer and founder of KAFTAN Television, said with his emergence, it was the turn of the Nigerian masses to take over power in 2023.
