The residents urged the company to ensure a sustainable electricity supply and not to go back to the epileptic power supply.
The maintenance will take place between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

On August 26, the AEDC disconnected Government House, ministries and health institutions over unpaid electricity bills totalling N1.3 billion.
Mr Pele said one week’s notice was given to the state government to settle its accumulated bill but the authorities failed to meet its obligation.
AEDC spokesperson for Kogi, Ifeoma Arudi, said that the company was determined to give its customers the best of service.
“The massive disconnection of communities because of debt is not only illegal, it is outrageous and an abuse of the people’s right.”
The electricity consumers, in separate interviews in Abuja on Monday, decried the poor power supply to their homes and business premises.
The projects range from deloading the overloaded feeders, purchase of 81 new distribution transformers and repair of 78 existing ones.
Mr Abdullahi, in an originating summon is demanding a N200 million compensation over alleged poor services.
