Mr Tinubu said the task before the party was to sustain continuity, consolidate reforms and strengthen the foundation of a modern Nigeria.
Justices Emmanuel Agim and Adamu Jauro, two other judges on the five-member panel, dissented from the majority ruling.
Before and after winning the APC presidential ticket, Mr Tinubu has been on a donation spree, in what many consider as part of his strategy to winning the 2023 election.
Mr Amadi said the group was alarmed at the efforts of some politicians and party leaders to undermine the provisions of the electoral law.
The victory solidifies Mr Tinubu’s reputation as a political giant-slayer who defied all the odds to upstage the so-called cabal of President Buhari’s aides and associates.
“I am a serious minded man. Those who rule Lagos now will testify that it’s a different nation within the country,” Mr Tinubu said.
“This is the time the leaders of the party must make a categorical statement, devoid of equivocation, on the pattern of succession.”
Mr Amaechi said he was in Lagos to seek support though he knew that Lagos is the base of Mr Tinubu.
“We are poised to garner five million votes for Tinubu’s presidential aspiration.”
