Attorney General Abubakar Malami on live television said the fund will not be returned to Delta State, pointing that the state government did not partake in the recovery process.

In a four-hour meeting in Asaba last Tuesday, in a 12-point communique, the southern governors unanimously agreed to ban open grazing.
Mr Malami said the amount has been credited into the designated government account with naira equivalent value.
