Earlier in April this year, another Bangladeshi migrant worker was killed in an Israeli airstrike in Beirut.
The attack took place shortly after midnight
According to the military, the air force struck 10 targets in the Dahiyeh suburbs of Beirut within about 30 minutes.
Security sources said the strike killed a senior official from Hamas.
The IDF however did not provide further details about the incident.
The Israeli Defence Forces early on Tuesday said it was striking sites belonging to the Hezbollah militia in Beirut.
The Hezbollah militia in Lebanon early on Monday claimed responsibility for targeting a site south of the city of Haifa belonging to the Israeli military.
More than 220 people were killed in the blast, and several thousand were injured.
Demonstrators waved Iranian, Palestinian and Hezbollah flags and voiced unwavering allegiance to Tehran.
Clean-up operations began in Beirut on Wednesday, hours after the ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah took effect.
