The defendant, a chef, is being tried for sexual assault and penetration.
The woman pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Mr Oriyomi told the court that in the ensuing battle, the defendant tore the clothes of the second complainant (Oluwarotimi).
The chief magistrate, Kevin Mbanongun, did not take their pleas due to a lack of jurisdiction over the matter.
The prosecutor urged the court to adjourn the case to enable him to study the case file and assemble his witnesses.
The prosecutor said Mr Paul, who took advantage of the girl, was apprehended by some neigbours and handed over to the police.
