Mr Kelinho is facing a three-count charge of conspiracy, housebreaking, and stealing, to which he pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor said the offence contravened sections 287, 411, and 308 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.
The defendants are being prosecuted on charges of criminal conspiracy, armed robbery, and illegal possession of firearms.
