Mr Adeleke, represented by Deputy Governor Kola Adewusi, decried the widespread “pillaging” of the Osun government assets.
The governor said a panel would be set up to conduct an inventory of government assets and recover those in the wrong hands.
While signing the budget, Mr Oyetola said that the 2022 budget as at the third quarter of the year, had recorded 83 per cent performance.
Mr Adeleke said any Coordinating Director who accepted the appointment would exit the service from November 28.
This comes four days before Governor Gboyega Oyetola, who presented the budget proposal, quit office, with his tenure ending on November 27.
Governor-elect Ademola Adeleke of the PDP would be sworn in to replace incumbent governor Gboyega Oyetola of the APC.
The witness said he relied on forms EC8As, EC8B, EC8C, EC8D, EC8E and BVAS reports released by INEC to arrive at his findings.
Mr Oyetola, elected in September 2018, scored 372,257 to lose his re-election bid on July 16 to PDP’s Ademola Adeleke who polled 403,371 votes.
The polls comes as Governor Gboyega Oyetola leaves office on November 27, having lost his re-election bid to PDP’s Ademola Adeleke.
Mr Oyetola of the APC in a petition before the governorship election tribunal in Osogbo is challenging the victory of PDP’s Ademola Adeleke.
