Mr Abdullahi said there were 204 supervisors, 13 data collection officers and 13 commanders to support the vaccination.
The government noted that 100 suspected cases have been recorded out of which three have died.
“Residents around flood-prone areas should vacate and safeguard their lives and property,” the emergency official added.
A 25-litre jerrycan of water, which hitherto sold at N30, now costs between N80 and N150, depending on the area.
“After school hours, students should return to their homes and observe personal hygiene,” Mr. Ibn-Sina said.
