A 33- year-old man, Emmanuel Orji, was on Friday docked in the Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court for groping a minor.
“This caused her legs to be broken, and she sustained severe injuries on her body,” the prosecutor told the court.
The defendant defiled the 10-year-old child when her mother was not at home, said the police.
The money was proceeds of their sales within three years, and was discovered when the company’s accounts were audited.
Chidinma Orebiyi, 37, Favour Ikenna, 21, and Robert Ikenna, 24, were charged with breach of peace and causing grievous harm.
Mr Akeem said the defendant was caught carrying the three-year-old girl on his lap and inserting his fingers in her private parts.
Mr Akeem said that the drivers loaded liters of diesel to be delivered at different fuel stations, but they diverted some on the way.
Deborah Babajide, 42, a teacher and Toyin Odusanya, 48, a nanny are standing trial for negligence.
Police prosecutor told the court that the defendant failed to send the sum of N5.7 million, being the rents collected from tenants, to the landlord.
The police charged Mr Lawal, who resides in Alagbado, Lagos, with reckless driving, driving without a licence and dangerous driving.
