CTYP national coordinator, Chukwuemeka Emmanuel, said this at a news conference on Tuesday in Abuja.
“The case, therefore, fails for lack of merit. Consequently, I make an order dismissing the plaintiff’s case for lack of merit.”
It is important that we plead with Atiku to drop that case and not allow us wash our dirty linens in the public.

The court fixed September 26 for judgment.
The three-man panel of judges headed by P.T Kwahar dismissed the petition by Sadique Abubakar of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The tribunal is due to deliver judgment any moment now on the petition filed by the APC challenging the victory of Governor Abba Yusuf.
The petition was dismissed for lack of merit and the inability of the petitioners to prove their case as required by law.
“INEC is hereby ordered to conduct a re-run election in Ward 6, Unit 7 and Ward 11, unit 19 within 90 days,’’ Mr Anaja declared.
“This happened because INEC was over-ambitious and wanted things to work very well during the presidential elections…”
