Governor Uba Sani approved N1 billion for the payment of outstanding entitlements owed to judiciary workers in Kaduna.
This was noted in a statement by the chapter’s chairman, Idris Adeniran, on Thursday.
Sampson Ifedimma, the JUSUN chairman in Enugu, confirmed the development in an interview on Sunday in Enugu.
The union directed its members to resume work on Wednesday.
Judges, staff, lawyers, and litigants were denied access as business activities in and around the court were paralysed.
Mr Eludire said the suspension of the strike was premised on the tripartite agreement between the Osun government and the management of the Osun judiciary and JUSUN.
While the Chief Justice of Nigeria earns N279,000 every month, the Judges of the Appeal Court get paid N166,000.
Mr Adetola said that although there were moves to finalise the agreement, discussions were still ongoing and should be completed.
