The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court on June 16 revoked a bail granted to Mr Sowore following his failure to appear in court for his trial.

Justice Emeka Nwite, in a short ruling, made the order after the defendants pleaded not guilty to the 11-count charge bordering on terrorism.
Muhammad stated, “We spent 18 days at the FCID and after that we were later taken to kuje Prison.
Justice Nwite, who ordered the defendants to be remanded in Kuje Correctional Centre, adjourned the matter until September 11 to rule on the bail applications.
