Mr Odutola urged motorcyclists and other road users to obey speed limits and road safety regulations to avoid such tragic incidents.

The Federal Road Safety Corps has confirmed that four people died, while nine others were injured in a crash on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway on Sunday.
Ms Okpe said it involved 13 people, comprising 10 men and three women, adding that six men and three women were recorded dead.
Ms Odutola added that the bodies of the neutralised suspect had been deposited at the State Hospital Morgue, Ijaiye, Abeokuta, for autopsy and further investigation.
He also urged the government to continue to equip the military well to fight insecurity.
The crash occurred at 4:34 p.m. on Thursday.
