The Certified True Copy (CTC) of the documents were uploaded on the website of the Lagos State Ministry of Justice – https://lagosstatemoj.org/official-documents/.
Mr Buhari disclosed this at State House, Abuja, while receiving in audience Mr Antony Blinken, United States Secretary of State on Thursday.
The minority caucus led by Ndudi Elumelu in a statement on Thursday made this call while reacting to the report by the judicial panel set up by Lagos State government.
“The United States welcomes the conclusion of the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry with the transmission of its final report,” the U.S. said.
“That for the purpose of restitution, healing and reconciliation, the federal government needs to publicly apologise to the youth.”
Evidence also showed that operatives of the Lagos Police Command also arrived at the protest ground and killed protesters after the army left.
“It is imperative that we maintain solidarity with peaceful protesters in Nigeria demanding justice and meaningful security reform.”
The Nigerian military intensified its pushback against public criticism on Saturday.
The petition to charge the Nigerian leader before the Netherlands-based world crimes tribunal was endorsed by 205,349 Nigerians.
