The ex-governor and other defendants asked the court of appeal to uphold their no-case submission.
Court has ordered ex-Governor Murtala Nyako of Adamawa to enter his defence in the N29 billion money laundering charge preferred against him by EFCC.
Court will resume hearing in a suit filed by EFCC against the Chairman, defunct Pension Reformed Task Team (PRTT), Abdulrasheed Maina, in Abuja.
