The bill was amended to remove the proposed 16 per cent VAT on bread, transportation of sugar and foreign exchange transactions, the Kenyan government said.

“The commission has organised the accreditation of academic programmes at Federal University Kashere in October/November, and accredit all the 43 academic programmes,” NUC said.
