Police are on a manhunt for the buyer of a baby stolen by a home help in Shomolu, Lagos.
The police, on Thursday, arraigned 36-year-old Ayodele Ogunsola before the Ado-Ekiti Chief Magistrates’ Court for assault.
“The interception of the cows and a donkey on January 16 occurred along Kware, Gada bush, following a hot pursuit of unidentified armed cattle rustlers,” said the police.
Two men, Elechi Ezekiel, 23, and Okemiri Ebuka, 26, were arraigned Thursday before the Abakaliki Magistrates’ Court for stealing property worth N300,000.
The police spokesperson said the suspects would be arraigned upon completion of investigation.
The PPRO assured that the suspects would be charged in court when the investigation is concluded.
