The Ooni of Ife noted that the future of over 200 million Nigerians rest heavily on the outcome of the 2023 general elections.
The Ooni has pledged his support and that of Africans to the administration of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
Mr Abubakar said he’ll ensure that the National Assembly amend the constitution and give power to states, LGAs and traditional rulers.
“Whenever we celebrate the Olojo festival, all the prayers offered are speedily answered,” said the Ooni.
Mr Ogunwusi insisted that it was a period of fasting and prayer to appease God and seek blessings for our land.
Traditional leaders in the South-West have resolved to intensify community sensitisation efforts in their domains on immunisations and preventable diseases.
“Mr Governor-elect…must avoid to be misled by hypocrisy and sycophancy of some arrogant political lieutenants.”
The survey indicated that young Nigerians have the most negative opinion in the whole continent about the direction their country is headed.
The monarch aired his views in an interview while trying to debunk reports that he has endorsed former Lagos governor Bola Tinubu for the 2023 presidency.
Mr Ogunwusi said his position as a royal father demands that he supports and prays for all political aspirants.
