Babatunde Gold, the Itori unit commander of the FRSC, gave the warning on Monday in Ota.
Mrs Jegede said the initiative would also create economic opportunities.
Mr Adebola said Nigeria could address both waste management and housing challenges by transforming plastic waste into valuable construction materials.
The prosecutor said that the offences contravene the provisions of Sections 344 and 516 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ogun, 2006.
He said the suspects were arrested during operations carried out on May 9 and May 10, 2026.
During the trial, the prosecutor, E.O. Adaraloye, told the court that the convict committed the offences at Tewogbade Street, Ayomikun CDA, Off Baba Ekiti Ntabo, Ijoko, Ota.
She described the facility as a strategic step toward enhancing local pharmaceutical production.
“The FRSC is appealing to motorists to, possibly, reduce their presence on the roads so that mishaps can be prevented,” said FRSC.
The Magistrate, O.L. Oke, found the defendants guilty on the charges preferred against them.
