Mr Abubakar and others appealed for the passage of Almajiri Education and Out of School Children Bill 2023, which was initiated and sponsored by Balarabe Kakale and 17 other lawmakers.
The bill seeks a regulated and more organised process of granting corporate tax holidays and import duty waivers to investors and businesses.
