Since Mr Tinubu became president, several opposition governors have defected to the ruling APC.
Mr Fashedemi described the contract as a solemn pledge aligned with President Bola Tinubu’s vision for a more productive and responsive public service.
The announcement was made during the APC National Executive Council meeting at the State House, Abuja.
Mr Tinubu, 71, will succeed President Muhammadu Buhari for a tenure of four years after taking oath of office on May 29.
The Presidency says the State House Clinic requires revamping and adequate funding because its infrastructure has become obsolete.
The president claims the policies of his government has made agriculture attractive to Nigerians such that many are now abandoning their jobs for farming.
Mr Buhari had earlier said he was working to ensure that the All Progressives Congress (APC) continue to rule Nigeria.
