She said that the recovery took place on October 5 at about 5:30 a.m. near Allen roundabouts in Ikeja.
The spokesperson said efforts were ongoing to apprehend other members of the gang still at large.
They lamented that their shops were their only source of livelihood.
“The Nigerian Air Force sincerely regrets any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the understanding and cooperation of the general public,” it said.
Mr Obasa said the state was moving from the linear waste system to where waste becomes a resource.
She said the suspects were apprehended at about 5:30 a.m. on Monday.
She stressed that women must be recognised as central players in food production.
Mr Obasa said Section 26 of the bill provided for the appointment of an inspector of railways, with the task to uphold safety and operational integrity.
They, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
