The Ogun House of Assembly has advised local government chairpersons to adhere to the laws and edicts guiding their operations.
The motion was moved by Abdullahi Halidu Danbaba (APC/Kaiama/Kemanji/Wajibe) during the plenary on Wednesday.
The faction insisted that it was not interested in joining the proposed coalition by opposition political parties and groups
The plaintiff also sought an order of the court to mark the originating summons as concurrent.
The lawmaker said the crisis in the NNPP further manifested through the existence of multiple factions each with its own distinct party logo.

Mr Tinubu is expected in the state on a one-day working visit to inaugurate projects executed by the Anambra government.
“For me, I will not want the former Kano state governor to be welcomed into the APC fold. But I have no choice if our national chairman decides to have him on board,” Mr Ata said.
Due to Mr Tinubu’s reforms, the Nasarawa governor noted that “people who are happy with what they are seeing are moving” to the APC.
