Ms Aker filed the action for herself on behalf of all students of public tertiary institutions currently affected by the nationwide ASUU strike.
He blamed the president for not dealing with the “political aspect of Academic Staff Union (ASUU).”
The management of Ekiti State University says full academic activities will begin on Thursday, September 22.
The federal government, in a suit, prayed for the order for ASUU to call off its seven months strike.
