Mr Tijani, alongside other senior officers of the command, carried out an on-the-spot assessment of the scene.
Mr Hundeyin said that the three suspects were arrested on Saturday at about 6:30 a.m. by the police.
The suspects were arrested in Lagos and Oyo, respectively.
