According to the FBI, at approximately 1:20 a.m., on June 13, 2025, Ms Darby was shot in the head and killed while sleeping in her home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
According to the FBI, the fugitive is wanted for alleged murder, kidnapping, drug distribution and fraud related crimes amongst others crimes.
Mr Patel said the FBI is going all out against fraudsters within and outside America.
John Michael Dimitrion is wanted for mortgage fraud of $1.3 million.
Authorities identified the shooter as Nasire Best, a 21-year-old man.
“Mr Salako spent considerable time planning and perpetrating his scheme to defraud the Alaska PFD,” said U.S. attorney Michael Heyman for the District of Alaska.
“What the CEO and CSO of this well-known call tracking and analytics company did was downright despicable,” the FBI said.
“Pending sentencing, Giri continued to solicit funds from cryptocurrency investors, causing additional harm to new victims,” the justice department said on Monday.
He defrauded at least 23 victims across the U.S. in a decade-long scheme.
Between May and September 2025, the defendant made threats to kill or cause physical injury to at least fourteen victims.
